While most funeral homes provide outstanding services, sometimes things can go wrong. The funeral service sector is regulated by provincial licensing boards. In most cases, the consumer should try to resolve problems with the funeral director first. If the dispute cannot be solved by talking with the funeral director, the consumer may wish to contact the Regulatory Board for assistance and clarification.
